Cool New media has been maintaining and releasing new versions of web sites since 1997 -- and we are pretty sure we know how to do it right without any distruption to customers or servers. The process of release and maintenance involves quality assurance and testing, server monitoring, log monitoring, and management of the web systems. For content, maintenance also means the ongoing publishing of fresh material (graphics and text) and this new material does not necessarily impact the business systems of the web site. |
